Here’s your quick monthly update on everything that’s happening with your ZeroBounce account this September:

Clean your Wix account data – Available soon

We’ve put the finishing touches on our official Wix integration! By syncing your account with the Wix website builder, you’ll now be able to:

• Sync your Wix contact lists for validation, Scoring, and Activity Data
• Automate your validation by checking new signups on Wix websites
• Choose how often you want to refresh your Wix lists with the Scheduling feature
• Share your Wix account data with other official ZeroBounce integrations

We’re currently pending activation from the Wix team, and expect it to be enabled soon. While you wait, you can prepare by checking out our complete documentation here.

Average bulk file processing times reduced by 10+ minutes

If you experience wait times with your email validation, there’s a strong chance greylisting technology is involved.

After recent testing, we confirmed our average wait time when encountering greylisting with bulk files is now three to five minutes (improved from the previous 15 minutes). Look forward to faster results when cleaning your account data!

Get Warmup notification emails for errors

To improve your Warmup experience and navigate errors faster, we’ll now automatically notify you when:

• Unexpected sending errors occur
• Insufficient access is detected when using the ZeroBounce-managed method
• New and improved login flow

Your login process is now updated for a smoother flow, while maintaining our security standards:

• Enter your email and SSO.
• If an OKTA-enabled domain is detected, you’ll be redirected to finalize the login. If no domain is detected, enter your password.
• Complete two-factor authentication.

Free Activity Data – extended until November 30th

ICYMI – Activity Data is free when you validate any email list!

For the uninitiated, this is how it enhances your results:

• Detects email activity (opens, clicks, forwards, unsubscribes) in the following periods: 30, 60, 90, 180, 365, and 365+ days.
• If subscribers show recent activity, we recommend using them for your campaigns to help with engagement.
• If subscribers are inactive (especially for 365+ days), they’re likely inactive and safe to eliminate from your lists.

Here’s how to get your free Activity Data data:

• Upload your email list for validation.
• When the prompt appears, check the box to add Activity Data to your results for free!
