November Tech News: The Salesforce Integration – And a New Tool Coming Soon

As we approach the end of 2022, we want to share some exciting news about what we’ve been working on over the last year. Read on to learn about the new ZeroBounce – Salesforce integration and other tech updates that matter to you.

The official ZeroBounce – Salesforce integration

Active Salesforce users can now utilize Zerobounce’s email validation directly within their accounts. You can find the official ZeroBounce integration through the Salesforce AppExchange. 

Once you share your ZeroBounce API key and create the appropriate fields, you can validate emails in your Contacts or Leads at any time.

Note that this differs from our Zapier integration and will not impact any existing connections.

ZeroBounce.in is now live

Following the release of our Spanish website, we’re happy to announce that ZeroBounce.in is now live for those customers that must validate and keep their data inside India. 

We have a fully dedicated platform in Mumbai where we store and process all of your data, validations and files. We assure compliance with the local Digital Personal Data Protection Bill (DPDP) when using ZeroBounce.in. 

Even better news – the website already sits on our new and improved platform. 

Infrastructure upgrades

We are happy to announce that we added another Tier 1 ISP provider to our mix. 

AS1299, also known as Telia or Arelion, is now part of our network with redundant uplinks to ZeroBounce routers. We also increased our internal cloud capabilities by 25% in CPU, RAM and storage. 

Increased capacity for Apple domains

In our efforts to improve your existing tools, we successfully increased our validation capacity for Apple domains. This means that you’ll be able to validate a higher number of those domains at a much faster rate.

New ZeroBounce platform coming soon

Over the last few months, we tested and refined our new platform under a beta program. It’s almost time to share it with you! 

We’ll transfer everyone to ZeroBounce 2.0 in the coming months. You’ll know the official launch date very soon prior to the maintenance period.

The new platform will bring significant improvements to your experience. It comes with smooth, modern touches and improves how we handle your files and tools. We now provide 99% accuracy along with significant speed and performance improvements.

We’ll communicate all details regarding the maintenance in an appropriately-timed follow-up email.

A game-changing new feature is on its way

If you’re in sales or doing any kind of email outreach, this new tool will be a game-changer! 

While we still can’t unveil it, the official announcement is imminent. This is one of our top-requested features and will become part of the ZeroBounce experience very soon. 

This exciting feature will go live for all customers early in 2023.
