Email Finder credit adjustment
JANUARY 2025
Email Finder queries will no longer consume a credit when yielding a “format unknown” result. This simplifies the credit pricing structure, and credits will only be consumed when a format is found.
Multi-file drag and drop uploads

We improved the file upload process by allowing users to select or drag and drop multiple files simultaneously. This feature is available for email validation, Email Finder, Email Scoring, and any other file upload screens.
Reduced catch-all validations for G-Suite emails
DECEMBER 2024
To reduce the number of catch-all results for G-Suite email addresses, the validation engine will automatically reattempt the validation. This improvement has reduced the number of catch-all results yielded and will continue to improve our overall performance.
ZeroBounce is now a HubSpot-Certified App!

Improved Warmup placement statistics

Our email warmup users can now find a new tab titled ‘Spam Placement Statistics’ in the Warmup reporting dashboard. Get data on how your Warmup emails are processed by providers, with customizable reporting by date available in the top-right corner.
