Although 100% accuracy is not possible, 98% could mean that some valid addresses with marketing potential are classified as invalid. You may also experience some low-quality email addresses slipping through the cracks.

The Xverify platform isn’t entirely user-friendly and is difficult to navigate. Immediately after signing up, a prompt appears asking for your credit card information. Then, there is an alert that says, “Thank you for initiating your account setup process. An account representative will reach out to you within one business day and complete your account creation.”

However, when we tested the platform, no representative got in touch. It’s confusing whether you can begin using Xverify or if you must wait to hear back from a representative.

Although the interface looks simple enough, the user experience is poor. It can be tough to find your way around and use any of the tools. Repeatedly clicking certain options in the interface does not perform the requested functionality.
