Credit expiration depends on when you created your ZeroBounce account.
If you have an active ZeroBounce ONE subscription, your credits remain valid and do not expire for as long as your subscription is active.
If you created your ZeroBounce account on or before June 1, 2026, your credits never expireⓘ.
If you created your account after June 1, 2026, purchased credits expire two years after your most recent credit purchase. Each new credit purchase resets the two-year expiration period.
ZeroBounce will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your account registration email address before your credits expire.
No. Your credits remain valid and do not expire while your ZeroBounce ONE subscription is active, regardless of when you purchased them.

Credits are usable on email validationⓘ, Email Scoringⓘ, and Email Finderⓘ.
Email validationⓘ and Email Scoringⓘ require one credit per result, per service. For example, if you validate an email and score it, you use two credits total.
Email Finderⓘ costs 20 credits per valid result. If the result is a spam trap, suppression result, or catch-all domain, it costs one credit. No credits are consumed for Unknown results.
